No charge per booking, however many you take.
Take bookings on WhatsApp while you work
It shows only the times you are actually free, books one, and reminds her the day before so she turns up.
- 9 a daybooked without you
- 0double bookings
- 1 tapfor her to confirm
- 24 hrreminder before
What it costs
Meta bills you direct for messages. We add nothing on top of their rate, on any plan.
Sent the day before, which is outside the free window. Charged by Meta.
It is the same calendar your portal already runs.
What you need to start
- Your opening hours
- How long each service actually takes
- How many people you can see at once
About half an hour to set your hours, and it takes bookings the same day.
What it does not do
The limits, in plain words, before you pay for it rather than after.
- It will only offer the times you have told it you are free, so it can never double-book you.
- It does not take a deposit unless you switch payments on as well.
- It does not guess a holiday. Closing for a week is something you tell it.
Shops that use this most
Every trade gets its own page, with the messages already written for it.
Everything ChatDo does
Six things, each with its own page. Open any one.
It answers your WhatsApp for you
Someone asks a price at two in the morning. ChatDo reads the question, checks your own stock and your own prices, and answers — in the language they wrote in.
Open WhatsApp AIWhatsApp catalogueSend your catalogue inside WhatsApp
Pictures, prices and what is left in stock, sent as a catalogue your customer scrolls in WhatsApp — instead of six photos and a number typed out by hand.
Open WhatsApp catalogueWhatsApp paymentsTake the money inside WhatsApp
Send a payment link in the same conversation. She pays by UPI, card or netbanking, the money goes to your bank, and the order is marked paid on its own.

It goes to everyone who agreed to get messages, slowly enough that your number stays safe — and every reply is answered on its own.

She taps your ad and lands in your WhatsApp already asking about that product. No landing page in between and nothing to fill in.

Nine of these were booked while the chairs were full. None of them by you.
What does a booking in WhatsApp look like?
She asks for Saturday. ChatDo looks at what is actually free in your diary, offers her three times as buttons, and books the one she taps — while you are mid-haircut.
The day before, it reminds her. That reminder is the whole reason this pays for itself: most no-shows are people who forgot, not people who changed their mind.
What you actually get
Only the slots you have
It reads your real diary. It cannot offer a time you are busy.
Per person
Booked with Neha, not just booked with the salon.
A reminder the day before
The single biggest thing you can do about no-shows.
She can move it herself
Without calling you, and without taking a slot you need.
It takes a deposit
On the bookings that are worth protecting.
It all lands in your diary
Not a separate app nobody opens.
The diary, run from the chat
Seven things that stop happening on the phone while you are with a customer.
She books without calling you
The free slots are in the chat. She picks one and it is held.
Two people cannot take the same slot
It is gone the second it is taken, so nobody arrives to find the chair full.
A reminder the day before
The single thing that cuts no-shows, and nobody in a shop has time to send it.
She moves it herself
Changing a time does not need you. Reschedule and cancel are both in the chat.
Your own hours, your own days off
Set the shop's timings once. It never offers a slot on the day you are shut.
Each service its own length
A trim is twenty minutes and a colour is two hours. The diary knows the difference.
Who is coming, and who did not
The day laid out, with the people who never turned up marked — so you can message them.
How it works
Put in your hours
When you open, when you shut, when you are closed.
Add your services
How long each one takes, and who does it.
She asks
In her own words, at any hour.
She picks a time
From the three that are genuinely free.
She gets reminded
The day before, automatically.
It works with what you already have
- Your own WhatsApp numberConnected through Meta. It stays your number, on your SIM, with your name on it.
- Your LaunchDo shopProducts, prices and stock, already there. Nothing typed twice.
- RazorpayMoney settles to your own bank account, the next working day.
- Facebook and InstagramYour pages and your ad account, so an ad can open a chat.
Questions people ask
Does it know when I am already busy?
Yes. It reads your diary and can only offer times that are free, so it cannot double-book you.
Can I book more than one person at once?
Yes, if more than one of you works. Bookings are per person, not per shop.
What about the reminder?
It goes out the day before. Meta charges for a message sent outside the 24-hour window, and that is roughly ₹0.115.
Can she cancel?
Yes, from the same chat, and the slot opens again straight away.
Can I take a deposit?
Yes — the payment link works inside a booking the same way it works on an order.
What if someone books and does not turn up?
You see it in the portal, and repeat no-shows can be asked for a deposit next time.
Does it work for home visits?
Yes. The slot carries the address she gives in the chat.
Can I block a day off?
Yes, and nothing will be offered on it.
Ten shops go first
We set it up with you, on your own number, and stay on the phone until it is answering properly. ₹999 a month after that.
